Fees

You will receive an individual bill each half term, showing the amount payable. Fees are £8.00 per session and may be paid either half-termly or full termly in advance. Please give at least half a terms notice if your child is leaving playgroup. A refund of fees cannot normally be made if a child leaves during the a term, unless the vacancy can be filled immediately. Lunch clubs cost £3.50 per session, we ask that you make a committment to attend on a termly basis.

Deposits

Once a start date has been agreed, a deposit of £50.00 will be required to secure your childs place. A post dated cheque 1 month in advance of the start date will be acceptable.This will be taken off the first terms bill. However, if the child does not start on the agreed date, it is non refundable.(Unless extenuating circumstances arise.)

Grants

The term after your child reaches the age of 3, he/she will become eligible for the Nursery Education Fund and once the Fund is allocated to Playgroup the cost of the fees will be covered. However if you choose not to use the grant at playgroup, there will be a charge of £8.00 a session.

Finance

The fees you pay only cover the cost of the rent of the premises and the staff salaries, so we depend very much on all our fund raising activities for equipment, paint, paper, outings, parties etc. Please support our efforts in any way you can.
